Northwest Missouri State University is committed to the protection of minors to ensure the safety and well-being of youths participating in university-related programs or visiting our campus. Our protection of minors protocol impacts all faculty, staff, students, affiliates, third-party vendors, volunteers, and others participating in the supervision of minors who are involved in university-sponsored programs, programs held at the university, and/or programs housed in university owned or controlled facilities.
All University employees, including student employees, who work with minors must:
1) complete the supplemental employment form and
2) complete the SafeColleges Protection of Minors training module

Please complete the following request form for all employees who need the protection of minors training. NOTE: Northwest cannot provide protection of minors training for individuals outside of Northwest.
The SafeColleges training module for Protection of Minors is 12 minutes in length.
